Turkish chicken

Aromatic dried vegetables, a carefully balanced blend of dried spices (basil, cumin), natural chicken flavor, smoky BBQ flavor, flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), and thickening agent (guar gum).

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kg whole or cut chicken
  • 1 tbsp Fiori Brava Turkish Seasoning
  • 500 ml water
  • 100 g chopped onions
  • 2 grilled tomatoes, seeded and peeled
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • ½ cup yogurt (optional for enhanced flavor:

Recpie: 

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  2. Rub the chicken generously with the marinade, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least two hours for maximum flavor.
  3. Place the chicken in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) and bake until golden and fully cooked.
  4. Serve hot with rice, grilled vegetables, or Turkish-style flatbread.

Chef’s Tip:
For extra tenderness and a richer taste, replace water with yogurt in the marinade.
