- 100 g chopped onions

Recpie:
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Rub the chicken generously with the marinade, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least two hours for maximum flavor.
- Place the chicken in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) and bake until golden and fully cooked.
- Serve hot with rice, grilled vegetables, or Turkish-style flatbread.
Chef’s Tip:
For extra tenderness and a richer taste, replace water with yogurt in the marinade.
