Chicken Lebanese
Components:
Salt, dried vegetables, a balanced blend of dried spices (sumac, lemon, ginger, paprika), mustard, flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), thickening agent (guar gum).
Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg whole or cut chicken
- 1 tbsp Fiori Brava Lebanese Chicken Seasoning
- 500 ml water (or yogurt for a richer flavor)
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and seeded
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Rub the chicken generously with the marinade, ensuring full coverage.
Let the chicken marinate for at least two hours for maximum flavor.
Place the chicken in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) and bake until golden and fully cooked.
Serve hot with Lebanese rice or grilled vegetables.
