Bechamel Mix
Components:
Milk powder – Onion powder – Garlic powder – Sugar – Starch – Flour – Bay leaves – Cardamom – Nutmeg – Arabic gum – Monosodium glutamate (flavor enhancer) – Silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).
Ingredients:
1 packet of Béchamel Seasoning
2 liters of milk
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
½ cup heavy cream (optional for a richer taste)
Preparation:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, then add the flour, stirring continuously until golden.
Gradually add the milk while whisking to prevent lumps.
Add the Béchamel Seasoning packet and stir until fully combined.
Simmer on low heat until thick and creamy.
(Optional) Add ½ cup heavy cream for extra richness.
Use in pasta bakes or your favorite dishes.
