Hawaashi Spices
Ingredients: salt - meat flavor - dried vegetables (onions - tomatoes) - dried spices (black pepper - cumin - star anise) - seven spices - monosodium glutamate - caking inhibitor (silicon dioxide)
Preparation:
Drained grated onion (without water)
Hot or bell pepper as desired
Well grated tomatoes
A teaspoon of coriander
Fiori Brava spice sachet
One kilo of minced meat
Butter paper
Oil or ghee
• Place the meat with drained grated onions and grated tomatoes with a bag of Brava spices
• Cut the pepper into small rings and add it to the mixture
• The mixture is placed in appropriate quantities inside the bread
• Each loaf is smeared with oil or ghee, wrapped in parchment paper, and placed in the oven at a medium temperature until cooked.
For a delicious taste, you can add slices of lavash to the ground meat before cooking
