Kofta Spices
Ingredients: dried vegetables (onions - garlic) - dried spices (nutmeg - cardamom - cloves - bay leaf - rose button) - kofta flavor - salt - monosodium glutamate - caking inhibitor (silicon dioxide)
Preparation:
1 kilo of meat - Fiori Brava spice bag
• Mix them together well and then put them in the refrigerator for two hours
• The kofta is then cooked over coal or in the oven as desired
• If the kofta is cooked in the oven, place a piece of coal for a delicious grilling flavor
Did you know……..
For better taste, 50% pure meat with 50% fat is used
To obtain a firm and delicious kofta, neck or shoulder meat is used
It is not preferable to use lamb or back meat in kofta
